Alberta Agyeman-Mason

Alberta Agyeman-Mason is the Head of Early Careers and Employer Branding within L’Oréal UK and Ireland.  With 20 years of recruitment experience specialising primarily in early careers recruitment, she is an innovative and passionate industry expert. 

Her experience ranges from coordinating graduate assessment days for global brands through to design and build of onboarding programmes, progression plans and employability seminars both in the UK and internationally.  She currently manages the strategic recruitment and retention of over 200 management trainees, apprentices and interns and leads the UK strategy for the L’Oréal for Youth programme; a global initiative to provide more in-depth employability support for the next generation of students across the UK.   As an employability tiktoker, Alberta has amassed an online audience of over 10,500 on the platform where she supports gen Z with taking their first steps into the working world.
