An award-winning HR professional with over two decades of experience in the field of Talent, Asi has been instrumental in driving innovative L&D strategies. Over the last decade Asi has focused on making the shift to skills-based organisations a reality for large organisations like the London Stock Exchange Group (where he currently serves as the Director of Skills and Talent Development), BT and others.
