Charlotte Wills

Charlotte is a partner based in London, providing strategic immigration and mobility advice and support to a range of SMEs, national and multi-national corporates, alongside private individuals. Her role involves facilitating mobility solutions to enable clients to achieve their business objectives in a commercially efficient and legally robust manner. Charlotte leads the UK practice’s Hospitality and firm-wide Space industry groups as well as leading a portfolio of accounts that include large financial institutions, companies from the insurance, tech, semi conductor and science sectors. This has included assisting a significant number of clients with obtaining sponsor licenses and providing tactical advice on compliance concerns, developing talent and recruitment pipelines, workforce planning. remote/hybrid working arrangements and implementing immigration solutions for the international mobility of their employees.
