With 5+ years in recruitment and HR, Damla excels in developing sourcing strategies, managing end-to-end recruitment, and delivering high-quality results. During a rotation with the Global Talent Intelligence team, she delivered key reports on labor market trends using advanced market intelligence techniques. Damla has showcased her AI expertise to 750+ TA members at an Amazon summit in London.

Previously, as HR Continuous Improvement Leader at Decathlon Turkey, Damla enhanced team performance metrics and integrated new interview tools using gamification and online assessments. She has conducted numerous training sessions on effective recruitment practices.
