Elisa Foppa

Elisa Foppa, Head of Employee Experience and Engagement at UBS, leads a team of experts in developing and implementing an innovative and enhanced employee listening strategy since the pandemic years. Strongly focused on the UBS and Credit Suisse culture integration project, their overall strategy embraces an hybrid approach of global surveys, pulse with a business bespoke approach and lifecycle surveys with a focus over new AI driven listening tools.    

Prior to her current role, Elisa spent 15 years in Talent Acquisition, with strong focus on talent scouting and diversity across the Investment Banking and Asset Management markets at UBS and Credit Suisse.

Fluent in both Italian and English, Elisa is London based and is an active member of the P.G. Wodehouse Literature Society, Women Institute and a trustee in a charity holding.
