Gillian Howarth

Gillian is a Talent Acquisition Leader with 25 years experience working in agency and in house for organisations such as Amazon, John Lewis, Dyson and is currently Head of TAA for Europe, North America and Technology for Maersk. In the past 2 years, Gillian has relished the additional significant role of Global Focal for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion within Maersk's Talent Attraction & Acquisition (TAA) organisation This dynamic dual role has empowered her to shape Maersk's  TAA DEI strategy, instil fairness in their processes, and inspire recruitment teams to infuse diversity into every interaction, thereby positively impacting every hire.
