Karen Handley is the Head of Future Careers for Virgin Media O2; one of the UK’s largest mobile and broadband network providers. Karen leads a small but mighty team who are responsible for all early careers recruitment and development, working strategically to help the business find, acquire and develop awesome people to help them succeed in their mission to upgrade the UK.

With over 20 years’ experience, Karen is a recognised industry leader and has held several board member positions including Institute of Student Employers and Women in Cable Telecommunications as well as presenting across national TV, radio and print publications.
