Kate Bloice

Kate Bloice is Head of Candidate Experience at Reckitt, home to the world's best loved and trusted hygiene, health, and nutrition brands. Kate’s role exists to ensure all candidates have an authentic, inclusive and consistent recruitment process across all global hiring through best-in-class processes and technology.

Prior to joining Reckitt, Kate held several positions at GSK, including HR Business Partner and leading the UK/US Early talent Recruitment team. Kate is passionate about the role candidate experience plays in ensuring the best talent is being recruited and retained.

Outside of work, Kate is a keen swimmer and has two young daughters.
