Kelly O’Callaghan is the Recruitment & Sourcing Manager at IKEA UK and Ireland. She joined IKEA in 1997 has taken on several senior roles at IKEA in multiple stores, including IKEA Food manager, Customer Relations Manager, Commercial Manager and Customer Fulfillment Manager with over 20 years in leadership. In 2022, she took on her new role in People and Culture team bringing a commercial approach to HR which has enabled her to influence key stakeholders and lead operational change nationally. In her current role, she is responsible for the strategic approach to Recruitment, Sourcing and Employer Value Proposition, she brings the energy and drive to deliver a better candidate experience. Kelly has a strong passion in leadership and takes pride in her ability to develop teams and individuals to better people and the business, talent acquisition, and a champion of continuous learning.
