Neil Andrew

Neil is the Global Head of Talent lead the strategic approach to the ecosystem of Resourcing, Talent, Performance, & Learning agenda globally.

In his career to date, Neil has led and contributed to a variety of strategic programmes with the aim of improving the colleague experience. He has held a number of senior HR roles in progressive organisations, ranging from a diverse numbers of sectors including Digital, Telecoms and Retailing: Royal Mail, Tesco, ASOS, Travelex, Liberty Global, Boden.  Neil is known for his energy and passion to deliver for the business with a creative and pragmatic style, operating in a consultative approach with stakeholders.

Neil is a graduate from Nottingham Trent and holds a Masters in HRM from Westminster University.
