With a career spanning the UK, Europe, and India, she has crafted impactful talent interventions by championing a data-driven and skills-first approach. At LSEG, Nithya spearheads high-impact projects including, influencing leaders to leverage data for skills-based talent decisions, advancing learning design development, and fostering employee development and skills-based career pathing.

Nithya holds an MSc in Human Resource Management & Organisational Analysis from King’s College London and is an Associate CIPD member.
