Paul Bowles

Since May 2020, Paul is responsible for leading the Talent Acquisition, Employer Brand & Global Mobility teams for Nokia.  His international team of 200+ smart, witty and all round excellent people deliver over 16,000 hires every year across Early Careers, Experienced, Executive and internal segments.  Paul leads for Nokia one of the world’s largest global mobility and relocation programs.

Prior to this Paul spent 22 years working for Thales in various global roles of increasing responsibility culminating in his last 7 years leading the transformation and management of Global Talent Acquisition.

Paul is passionate about employee wellbeing and men’s mental health.

Paul has lived in 5 countries during his life, is a dual national of Australia and UK.  He lives happily in the North West of UK with his partner, two children and four cats.
