Programme Manager, Employee Experience and Retention, Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust

Samuel is the lead of the People Promise Exemplar Programme at KMPT, where he manages a growing set of initiatives focused on improving employee experience and retention. He began his NHS career at SECAmb in 2018 as a call handler for the 111 service, advancing through various roles to become an analyst, moving into management during COVID-19, then progressing to People Analytics and Quality Improvement, before moving to his current role as a Programme Manager. Each role Samuel has had has been ultimately focused on maintaining a safe, healthy, and positive experience for both our people and our patients within the NHS. Based in the South East, he is passionate about Employee Experience, Culture, and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, and takes pride in showcasing this in his daily work to improve retention.
