Sarah Ford

Sarah is an HR generalist with a purpose to ‘create the environment for people to thrive.’ Sarah’s experience is a combination of business partnering IT client groups and leading large change programmes as either a Management Consultant or from HR. Sarah has multiple experiences with Agile including leading HR for an Agile operating model (leading Digital experiences for Consumers), as well as setting up and running Agile and Product-centred HR teams. Sarah is currently Head of HR Innovation at Global beverage organisation Diageo where her passion for employee experience utilising marketing methods has given a unique opportunity to make a difference.
