Ansa Javed

Currently working for Northern Trust Bank, Ansa is a chartered certified accountant and has spent the last 18 years working in global total rewards in multi-sector environments. She is skilled at designing and delivering total reward global strategies and programs to promote business outcomes and to attract, engage and retain talent. She specialises in working with remuneration committees, senior stakeholders, and advisors to support and develop global compensation and benefit programs. 

Ansa has led and supported significant initiatives from global job architecture design to global well-being interventions driving employee engagement and productivity. She also specialises in Executive Reward, M&A reward activity, FS regulatory reward compliance & incentive award design frameworks.  

Ansa is passionate about giving back to her networks through providing mentoring and coaching support and is on the steer co for Women in Leadership, Business Resource Council, driving positive change for women in workplace.
