David Keogh

David is an experienced strategic compensation leader who is passionate about enabling organisational success through reward solutions. He has over 20 years’ experience in the field of reward management, transforming the structure of reward at Bank of Ireland, enabling positive outcomes for both employees and the business.

Prior to joining People Services, David worked as a Business Relationship Manager for Bank of Ireland.  He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Studies and in Philosophy.
