Following a varied career across a number of banking divisions including roles in both retail branches and commercial lending teams I am now excited to be working as a Reward Specialist in the Policy and Propositions team developing and enhancing LBG colleague benefits for our 60,000+ colleagues. My specialisms lie in; the design and delivery of reward strategies for colleague benefits, third party supplier management, the management of private medical benefits and wellbeing initiatives.
