Kevin Newman

Kevin is Head of Health & Benefits Europe (excluding France) and has been with the firm for over twenty-five years.

In addition to having responsibility for the overall operation of the Health & Benefits practice in Europe, Kevin also provides consulting advice around the design, financing and delivery of benefit programmes to several FTSE 100 firms and large multinational organisations. His focus here being to modernise benefit provision and align with wider corporate objectives as the future of work continues to evolve. 

He also has relationships at board level with major benefit insurers and continues to provide advice around proposition and product innovation.  Kevin is also a contributor to both industry and national press on major corporate healthcare and benefit issues.
