Laura Gardner

Laura Gardner has developed a successful career in reward management in both the public and private sectors. Most of her career has been with local government organisations in either an employed or a consultancy arrangement. She is Head of Reward at Network Rail, a large public sector organisation, with around 40,000 employees.

Laura’s reward experience is wide ranging and includes developing, designing and implementing pay and grading strategies, which has often been within a heavily unionised environment. She also has experience of designing and developing reward and recognition strategies including scheme development, procuring and managing suppliers, managing PMI schemes and other insurance services, and managing salary sacrifice schemes.

Laura has a passion for personal development and has an MA in Strategic Human Resource Management and an LLM in Employment Law & Practice.
