Currently at Coventry University Group, as Associate Director – Reward, I lead the Global Reward function, which encompasses the DB pension scheme. With over 18 years of experience in Reward across various sectors such as retail, construction, engineering, project management, housing, and education, I possess extensive expertise in designing and managing Reward, Benefits, and Pensions provisions for both private and public sector organisations. I have more than 8 years of experience leading global Reward functions within complex matrix organisations and a proven track record of driving strategic Reward initiatives.

As a recognised GRP (Global Reward Professional), certified by WorldatWork, I specialise in delivering strategic Reward and Benefits projects that optimise benefits offerings, achieve cost efficiencies, and maintain competitive total reward packages. I am passionate about aligning Reward strategies with organisational objectives to attract, retain, and engage top talent.

My specific passion within the rewards arena is driving the introduction of pay gap reporting for ethnicity, disability, and sexual orientation. At both the University of Warwick and Arden University, I have successfully implemented such initiatives using a data-driven approach. Currently, I am working towards the same at Coventry University to drive meaningful change and ensure that the organisations I work for are leading the agenda in placing EDI at the heart of their operations.
