Toni Smith

Toni Smith is a CIPD & CMI Leadership qualified Human Resources professional with 30+ years’ experience in HR. The past six years she has focused on Reward, Recognition and Benefits.

Toni is a Wellbeing champion and has responsibility for the Financial Wellbeing of c. 1900 employees at Ricoh UK and has a keen interest in ensuring that employees are getting the most from their benefits on offer at Ricoh UK to help with their wellbeing.  

As part of the Ricoh UK wellbeing strategy, they launched a financial wellbeing tool in 2019.  Toni has been the ambassador for this benefit roll out and continuously promotes the value of this to employees and has now reached 46% engagement with this benefit of which 33% are under the age of 39. She now wants to share her success story with as many other organisations as possible and is delighted to be able to join the panel at the CIPD Reward and Benefits event this year.
