Beatriz Fuentes is a Fellow of the CIPD and accomplished Board-level People Director with over 20 years of strategic and operational HR leadership experience across diverse sectors, including healthcare, technology, manufacturing, and the charitable sector. Beatriz’s career has been defined by building high-performing, inclusive, and values-led cultures that drive business growth, transformation, and long-term organisational success.

Beatriz has extensive expertise in culture change, organisational design, talent management, employee engagement, and leadership development, underpinned by a proven record of leading complex transformations across the UK, EMEA, and international markets. From shaping workforce strategies during periods of significant growth to embedding equity, diversity, and inclusion into every layer of an organisation, her focus is always on delivering sustainable impact and measurable results.

Beyond Beatriz’s executive career, she is committed to social impact and the development of the HR profession. She serves as a Trustee for Survive, a charity supporting adult survivors of sexual violence, where she contributes to governance, people strategy, and cultural sustainability. 

Furthermore, she is a mentor through the CIPD Trust, helping those facing barriers to employment and guiding early-career HR professionals as well as being part of the Senior HR Practitioners Network, influencing future policies and the shape of the career profession.
