.In celebration of The CIPD Annual Conference and Exhibition, delegates found members of our team available at stand C2 on 6-7 November. Providing both outlooks for the future of the profession and limited-time offers and discounts. Whether you hold a current CIPD membership or not, we were available to help see how we can best help you champion better working lives.
This session will provide insights in the practical application of strategic workforce planning and the importance of building the right workforce and organisational resilience in an increasingly disruptive world of work. The talk will look at the importance of skills supply and utilisation and provide an opportunity to hear from one of CIPD’s organisational partners on their journey of discovery.
