The people profession gathered in Manchester Central to find solutions to their biggest workplace challenges.

Exhibition ticket holders explored everything from new wellbeing initiatives to financial services and sustainable energy solutions. With access to 28+ hours of research-led learning across the Insight stages, visitors explored how stronger leadership, evidence-led decisions and future-focused skills can improve employee experience and organisational performance.

For greater strategic depth, Conference passes offered the full exhibition experience alongside exclusively curated conference sessions led by experienced practitioners, researchers, and organisational leaders. The programme delivered practical insights designed to strengthen professional standards, influence organisational direction, and deliver measurable business impact. Four Conference streams explored Digital Transformation, Change Management, Skills and L&D, and the Employment Rights Act, while the Insight stages focused on Employee Engagement, Leadership and Learning, and the Future Workforce. Together, the sessions gave people professionals actionable ideas to navigate change, strengthen workforce capability and drive measurable organisational impact.
