As the Autumn Statement approaches in November 2025, the CIPD will share their outlook and guidance for organisations. This session also examined the impact of AI on job roles and highlight practical strategies to support businesses in adapting. Ensuring they build a resilient, future-ready workforce.

Discovered how strategic HR practices can transform your organisation by enhancing employee satisfaction, productivity, retention, and wellbeing. This content stream addressed the needs of a multi-generational workforce, whilst exploring how to support career growth, and optimise recruitment and onboarding processes.It featured case studies from both private and public sectors, exploring how HR can be a powerful driver for change. Helping you build a more engaged, fulfilled and high-performing workforce for lasting success.

By taking part in this content stream we explored how to develop effective leaders and managers. These sessions focused on building leadership programmes that foster innovation, agility, and purpose. Provided you with the toolkit to create a culture of trust and productivity whilst positioning HR as a strategic partner.
