I did come last year, and I find it really useful to see the new technology or options out
there available and also get some great insights and current thinking, to help me with
my own role, and also what we’re doing at the organisation
— Rhian Slaney
— St leger Homes of Doncaster LTD
I think CIPD ACE is a great place for HR professionals to come along and share stories,
share experiences. It’s really hard to work alone and face challenges alone. When we
come together, we share those challenges, we learn from each other and I think that
makes the world a better place.
— Dame Dr Maggie Aderin-Pocock
— Space scientist & Science communicator
To meet other people that are dealing with the same challenges and to learn
from them about how they are dealing with those challenges, and what the
best practise is for dealing with those is incredibly important
— Michael Woolridge
— Professor, Oxford University
HR is a function in business is sometimes just seen as an expense, and HR is almost
taken for granted until you’re needed, and then you’re needed right then and there,
and you’re the biggest saviour of the day. And I think it’s like any industry, processes
are changing constantly, and I think it’s really good to bring people together in an event
like this that have different views on how things are going, especially AI and how that’s
going to affect people and change the industries as well, it’s a really good educational
platform I feel
— Louise Worswick
— It’s just you
CIPD ACE is a really fantastic opportunity to come and network with colleagues
in the profession, to learn new insights, and takeaways and can support your
organisation. It’s a community of like-minded individuals who are passionate about
supporting colleagues across their organisations.
