Dr Elouise Leonard‑Cross is the Group People Director at Northumbrian Water Group and a champion of creating truly human workplaces. Known for her curious, collaborative mindset and “squiggly career”, she brings deep expertise as a Chartered Psychologist, Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and Chartered Marketer the CIM.
As part of her recent MBA, her research has focused on future‑ready, ethical leadership, strengthening her commitment to leading organisations that balance performance, purpose and long‑term sustainability.
She plays an active role in the North East’s civic and leadership landscape, having chaired the CIPD North East Branch for ten years, currently chairing the North East Common Purpose Advisory Group, and serving as Vice Chair of the Board at Beamish Museum.
