With more than 20 years' HR experience spanning the automotive, retail and service sectors, she has held a variety of leadership roles focused on transforming employee experience and driving business performance through people. An award-winning HR leader and inclusion advocate, Gemma has led initiatives focused on wellbeing, gender equity, and leadership development. She is passionate about creating workplaces where people can thrive and is a mentor on both the CIPD Aspiring Leaders and Moving Ahead Gender Equity programmes, helping to develop the next generation of leaders.
