Jill Bottomley FCIPD is an HR leader with extensive experience gained over 35 years across corporate HR and supporting SMEs. Jill led the award-winning HR Dept Trafford & Warrington franchise team for 18 years, providing outsourced HR to SMEs, and now runs People Curve Consultancy. Through leadership training and development, she helps SME owners move beyond compliance to embed strategic people practices that enhance engagement, business performance and growth.
A Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, Jill brings the HR voice of SMEs into national policy discussions. She played a leading role during Covid, successfully campaigning for the introduction of flexible furlough to support SMEs nationwide. She also volunteers on education boards, promoting stronger education-business links to align skills with employer needs.
