Laurell A Hector, MSc, MA, Chartered FCIPD

Laurell is an accomplished Organisational Development Specialist and Executive Coach with over 30 years’ experience working with people, teams and organisations across the public, private and third sectors, both in the UK and internationally.

She specialises in leadership and management development, organisational design, team development and performance management, with diversity, equity and inclusion underpinning her approach. Laurell is passionate about designing tailored interventions that strengthen capability, support organisational change and enable individuals and teams to perform at their best.

Laurell holds an MSc in HRM/HRD and is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD. She recently achieved a Distinction in her MA in Race, Education and Decolonial Thought, with her MA research due to be published. A published author, conference speaker, and panel expert, Laurell is committed to developing people, strengthening organisations, and creating sustainable, lasting impact, and always brings warmth, energy, and a smile to her work.
