Nike Alabi

Nike currently works for International Rescue Committee as the Senior Director, Global Employee Relations where she leads the employee and industrial relations as well as culture initiatives across 40+ countries (circa 15,000+ staff). Prior to that, Nike was the Head of Employee Relations and Inclusion for Plan International. Having managed employee and industrial relations across EMEA, Americas, Asia and Pacific regions over the years, she is passionate about promoting a positive and collaborative work culture. She holds an MSc in International Human Resources Management from Cranfield University and is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.
