Chair: Steve George

Steve is Head of Learning at the CIPD where he leads a broad portfolio of programmes designed to support people professionals build their capability and work with impact in their organisations. He has over 20 years experience in learning and capability development with a particular focus on creating learning that responds to changing professional and organisational needs. His interests include AI and future skills, behavioural science, and the role all people professionals play in organisation performance and outcomes. Prior to joining the CIPD he spent much of his career as a consultant working on learning projects for some of the  world's leading brands. Steve is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
