Andrew Latto is the People & Business Services Director at the Kingdom Group, one of the leading providers of social housing and care in East Central Scotland. Andrew has over 35 years experience as a people practitioner across local authority, financial services and, for the last 11 years, with Kingdom.
Andrew is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and former Branch Chair of the mid-Scotland branch. He also sits on the boards of Developing Young Workforce Fife and Cairn Housing Association.
