Asha Manhota

Asha brings over 9 years of experience in the energy and utilities sector, specialising in the management of early careers schemes. Currently at National Grid, she leads the Construction Development Programmes—a career change initiative that equips professionals with the guidance, skills, training, and support needed to successfully transition into the construction sector, navigating what can often be a complex process.

In addition to her role, Asha chairs the Trailblazer Group for the Level 5 People Professional Apprenticeship, shaping the future of professional standards in the industry. She also contributes her expertise as a CIPD Awards Judge, supporting excellence in people development across the UK.
