Emma Jayne

Emma is a commercially minded and values-driven Chief People Officer with 30 years’ experience shaping people and culture strategies across the UK and US luxury hospitality and care sectors. She is recognised for delivering cultural transformation, operational excellence and business growth, and for partnering effectively with Boards and CEOs to embed inclusive and high-performance cultures.

Her career includes senior leadership roles with iconic brands such as The Savoy, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and Dorchester Collection, before taking on her current role as Chief People Officer at KYN. Emma has led large-scale HR functions through mergers, acquisitions and restructure, introduced award-winning approaches to employee engagement, reward and recognition, and consistently driven improvements in retention, performance and brand reputation.

A Fellow of the CIPD, Emma is also an ILM Level 7 trained coach and Lumina certified facilitator. She has been recognised with multiple industry awards and plays an active role in the profession and currently mentors on the CIPD Trust’s Aspiring HR Director Programme. Emma lives in London where she says it feels like the world is on her doorstep to experience and enjoy. She loves spending time with her husband, daughter and son, and is a passionate advocate for fitness and wellbeing. Turning 50 last year, she challenged herself to run the London marathon for the first time!
