Gareth Neale is an accomplished HR Director and recognised people leader with more than 20 years' experience spanning hospitality, retail, leisure, property, SME and global corporate organisations. Currently Head of Human Resources at Crimson Hotels, Gareth leads the people strategy across a portfolio of IHG and Hilton hotels, driving organisational transformation, culture change, leadership development and employee engagement.

Holding Fellow status with the CIPD, Gareth has built and transformed HR functions, led large-scale change programmes, and delivered innovative people solutions that improve performance, retention and employee experience. His work has included supporting organisations through rapid growth, business restructures, digital HR transformation, employment law reform and post-pandemic recovery.
