Katie brings over twenty years of experience transforming technology and services organisations. She has a strong track record delivering commercial value for companies, their customers, and their people through innovative, employee-focussed, forward-thinking, and data-led approaches. Her passion is to unlock growth for organisations and people, helping each to maximise their potential.

Katie is the Chief People Officer at OneAdvanced, named the No.1 Employer in Europe by the Financial Times and Statista in 2025. Previously, Katie held the roles of Chief People Officer at AI tech start-up Beamery, and Chief People and Transformation Officer at Rizing, a leading SAP consulting firm. Katie is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, a Senior Certified Practitioner for the Society of Human Resource Management, holds a degree from Cambridge University, and was named on the CIPD’s 2025 HR30 list.
