Kerri O'Neill is Chief People Officer for Ipsos UK & Ireland and Global AI Workforce Transformation Lead. A recognised authority on culture, talent, AI and organisational effectiveness, she advises organisations on navigating transformation and change at scale. Previously, she held senior leadership roles at Ofcom, House of Fraser and Aviva, leading major workforce, culture and business transformation programmes. Kerri serves on the CIPD AI Advisory Board, is co-author of Rapid Reculturing: Transforming Organisations at Pace and Scale (Wiley, 2026), and is a Trustee and Honorary Officer of Oxfam GB.
