Laura Curtis

I am the Director responsible for People, Finance & Operations at Heaton Green Dust Control Ltd, with extensive leadership experience across people, finance, operations, compliance, governance and organisational development. My role is centred on improving business performance, developing people and building the structures, culture and processes that enable sustainable growth.  Alongside my role at HG, I am Chair of the Employment Advisory Board at HMP Leeds, working collaboratively with employers, partners and the prison to strengthen employment pathways for people leaving custody. The role strongly reflects my belief in the transformative impact of meaningful work, development and opportunity. I am passionate about people development, social mobility and creating opportunities that enable individuals to build positive and sustainable futures.
