Matt is a Fellow of CIPD having worked in HR for more than 20 years. Matt has worked in British Gas, Target Group and Monmouthshire Building Society. He’s the CEO of Hapus People, a People consultancy business rooted in support HR functions to elevate the impact that they make. Matt is a qualified executive coach. He lives in South Wales with his husband, Patrick and two sausage dogs, Seymour and Marius.
