With more than 20 years' experience in organisational transformation and business change, she is recognised for delivering people strategies that drive extraordinary business performance and sustainable growth. Having completed the AI Strategy and Leadership Programme at the University of Oxford, Nicola is passionate about helping organisations embed AI to build value, drive efficiency and create future-ready workplaces. She is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.
