Ria Davey is Group Director, AI Workforce Transformation at London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), where she leads the enterprise strategy for understanding, designing, and managing the workforce implications of AI. Working across the Group, she helps shape how work, skills, jobs, and operating models evolve in an AI-enabled world, ensuring LSEG can harness technology responsibly while creating sustainable business value. Drawing on more than 20 years of international experience across financial services, technology and media, Ria has held senior leadership roles at LSEG and Bloomberg, advising executive teams on workforce strategy, organisational design, leadership, culture, and talent transformation. She is particularly passionate about the intersection of human potential and technology, helping organisations redesign work, build future-ready skills and prepare leaders to thrive alongside AI.
