Stephanie Garforth

Stephanie Garforth is Head of Culture Change at ASOS and an Organisational Psychologist with more than 17 years' experience helping organisations navigate transformation and build high-performing cultures. Her work focuses on employee voice, behavioural change, leadership, inclusion and organisational effectiveness, helping leaders connect business priorities with colleagues' lived experiences.

Stephanie brings a people-first, evidence-based perspective to organisational transformation, with a particular interest in how organisations build trust, engagement and capability during periods of change. Alongside her corporate role, she serves as a Non-Executive Director for a Community Interest Company, contributes as an advisory board member on workplace culture, wellbeing, and organisational development, and is completing a Professional Doctorate in Occupational Psychology.
