Stewart Gruffydd-Jones is Head of Social Impact at Serco and founder of Serco Pathways, an award-winning programme supporting people facing barriers to employment into sustainable careers. He works across government, employers and the voluntary sector to develop innovative approaches to workforce inclusion, social impact and skills development, with a particular focus on veterans, care-experienced people, individuals with criminal convictions and other underrepresented talent pools. Stewart is also actively involved in collaborative employer initiatives, including the London Employer Alliance, helping organisations harness technology and partnerships to unlock overlooked talent
