Tanith Dodge

Tanith is an international business leader with experience across multiple sectors, serving on senior executive teams and aligning people strategy with commercial objectives. She has held senior HR positions at Bicester Village Collection, Marks & Spencer, WH Smith, InterContinental Hotels, Diageo, Prudential and Allied Domecq.

She has significant board and advisory experience across global PLCs and SMEs, including serving as Chair, Senior Independent Director and Chair of Remuneration Committees. She is also a member of PwC’s Advisory Board.
