Wendy Harris

Wendy Harris is a seasoned executive and influential figure in the global technology industry. Over her 24-year career, Wendy has demonstrated a remarkable ability to scale businesses internationally. She started her career at Goldman Sachs where she spent over a decade as a trader in London and Chicago before making the move to the tech industry.

Since then, Wendy has held international leadership roles at a number of fast-growing tech firms. She ran European sales for Dropbox where the business crossed $100 million in revenue. As Senior Vice President of Sales at CarGurus (NASDAQ:CARG) she scaled revenues to $30 million across Europe. Her most recent leadership role was at Gong, the leading AI platform for revenue teams. Wendy was hired as the first employee in Europe as Senior Vice President of International and a member of the Global Senior Leadership team. Over a period of just two years, she grew the European team to over 80 employees and $25 million in revenues.

In 2025 Wendy stepped into a new role as Head of EMEA for Rippling, a company that was recently named to the Fortune Future 50 list.

Her track record of success was recognised by Fortune magazine, and by Demandbase, when they named her one of the 100 most powerful women in sales. As a thought leader in the tech industry, Wendy has worked with top executives at HubSpot, Meta, Google, Salesforce, and Snap to name a few. She speaks regularly at major industry events and advises companies on international growth strategy and diversity.
