Alistair Paton

Alistair is the Senior Director for Colleague Relations at Asda including responsibility for Labour Relations, employment policy, diversity and engagement. A member of the CBI’s Future of Work Committee and a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, he has over 27 years experience in HR at Royal Mail, Royal Bank of Scotland Group and Asda. Alistair is also an accredited mediator, an Employer Representative on the Central Arbitration Committee (CAC) and a Charity Trustee, Chair and coach at Linlithgow Rose Community Football Club.
