Senior Lecturer in Employment Studies, Alliance Manchester Business School
Dr Emma Hughes is a Senior Lecturer in Employment Studies at Alliance Manchester Business School, the University of Manchester. Prior to joining Alliance Manchester Business School she worked at Leeds University Business School and the University of Liverpool Management School.
At Alliance Manchester Business School she is a member of the Work and Equalities Institute. She is also Associate Fellow of the Digital Futures at Work Research Centre (DIGIT). Her research interests broadly include stakeholder engagement and voice, diversity and inclusion, digitalization, working time, workplace conflict and cooperation.
