Dr Jenny Rodriguez

Dr Jenny K Rodriguez is Senior Lecturer in Employment Studies at the Human Resource Management, Employment Relations & Law Subject Area Group at Alliance Manchester Business School, and Lead for the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Theme at the Work & Equalities Institute, The University of Manchester. Her research explores intersectional inequalities in work and organizations, focusing on the simultaneity of privilege and disadvantage, and the interplay between identity, work, and regulation. She is particularly interested in the transnational experiences of skilled migrant women and has a methodological interest in intersectional reflexivity, memory work and decolonial feminism. Her published work has reported on these issues in Latin America, the Hispanic Caribbean and the Middle East. She is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, a UKCGE Recognised Research Supervisor, and an Academic Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. https://www.research.manchester.ac.uk/portal/jenny.rodriguez.html.
