Dr Laura Byrne

Dr Laura Byrne is a lecturer in HRM and Organisational Behaviour at Aston University Business School, within the Leadership and Management department. Laura’s PhD was a multi-stakeholder study, which explored the enactment and experience of wellbeing strategy within organisations. Her research interests also extend to organisational culture, agency theory, leadership and inclusivity. Laura enjoys building collaborations with academics and practitioners who are also interested in how to support individual, organisational and societal flourishing through work.
