Dr. Susanne Gidda

Dr Susanne Søndergaard Gidda is the Civil Service People Plan lead in the Cabinet office, prior to this she led the Civil Service's  Organisation Development and Design capability.  She has a masters degree in occupational psychology, a PhD in organisational psychology and is a Chartered Fellow of CIPD. In addition to experience from working in a number of UK government departments, she has previously worked for Rolls-Royce as a knowledge management specialist leading on communities of practice and as a senior policy analyst with RAND Europe.
